Sphoorti Pandit-Kerr, owner and publisher grew up in Mumbai and is now navigating the Pacific Northwest living with her husband and two 80-pound lap dogs. She has a master’s degree in psychology and more than a decade of working in research, community based health care, and creative settings – all of which have had dealings with stressed out community members. She is an avid traveler and has been influenced by everywhere, everyone and everything she has ever interacted with. She enjoys connecting with people, creative writing, visual arts and is particularly passionate about “do-as-I-do-not-as-I-say” advice. She can be most often found either curled up with a book and a cup of coffee or trying to be 3 places at once.
